Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese: 4 points per serving
Baked Salmon with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Tomatoes: 4 points. One of my go-to salmon recipes.
Parmesan-Crusted Salmon: 7 points. Another of my go-to’s, this topping also gets good reviews over chicken.
Mango-Black Bean Salsa: 0 points per 2 tbsp (and only 1 point per quarter-cup). Fresh and different, with a nice zip to it, this disappears fast with some baked tortilla scoops.
